So happy to see all the positive reviews on Jack and that he is working his magic on everyone else too! Been going to Jack for close to 5 years or so and no one cuts my hair better than he does. He is always very attentive to the exact style I’m looking for and I’ve always received compliments for every single haircut and colouring that he’s done. For someone with a deeper skin tone, I appreciate that hair colours chosen and advised compliment my skin tone and it has always been easy to maintain despite new hair growth.The environment is also very professional and clean and Jack cares a lot about feedback and making sure you leave happy.In other words, I visit Number 76 solely because Jack is there. I’ll go wherever he goes!In regards to Number 76’s services, wish customers got better perks from all the visits with our points and referrals. Often times, customers might be unable to go to the salon on the same day the person referred might go and we do not get to redeem any perks. Hopefully the management will come up with something better soon especially for those who have been re-visiting you for years. 🤞🏽
I have wavy/textured hair, and it took me a long time to find a stylist as skilled as Jack who I trust with my hair wholeheartedlyI have been a regular customer since 2019 and can’t imagine trusting another stylist. Jack is not only extremely skilled with hair cuts & colour, but he also takes the time to really look at the colours/styles I hope to attain and explain how these will look on my wavy hair. Safe to say I always leave the salon happy ❤️Would highly recommend!
It was my first time visiting this salon and I had booked my appointment with Jack. He was so kind and reassuring I felt really comfortable there. My haircut turned out perfect and exactly how I wanted, he was very knowledgeable and explained the process really well. He’s so so talented! Been a loyal customer to number76 for years, started from bangsar branch now to Lot10 cause of Jack. He is really a talented stylist and for the many years I been with him, I have always received good compliments on my hair cut and colour. He has good personality, friendly and honest. No hard selling, genuine concern on customer’s needs. He always introduced his teammates and that makes it very pleasant to have my hair cut by him and assisted by his teammates - Evelyn and Zero, knowing that he wants his teammates to be known by the customer too. It takes a village to create amazing hairstyle!
It was my first time there & i enjoy my time there ! The service is excellent and obviously i love my new look. Even if it’s just a hair cut , they took care of me so well making sure in comfortable.

I have my hair cut here. Vince was awesome. He was professional, gentle and very in detail. He did a very good job and know what hair style to suggest to me. The only thing that need to improve is the aircond here, i don't feel any aircond..
Been here as one of the regulars for the past two years. Visit almost monthly for hair cutting. Service with smile, warm greetings and professional skills and definitely worth its price!

I always come out from the salon feeling oh so satisfied and pampered. Yuta-san is a whizz at what he does! He always makes my hair look amazing, exceeding my expectations. Jocelyn is so gentle when washing and drying my hair, always checking to make sure I'm comfortable. Thank you both very much for always my visit a pleasant one.
Vince has always been my go-to stylist. He is professional and always gives the best advice on how far my hair can go and ensures that whatever bad hair you have will be transformed into ready-to-go good hair when you leave the salon.Overall, excellent service and hospitality!

Yesterday afternoon, Tracy Ng and other employees did amazing job with my hair. They style, coloured and treatment my hair. My hair came out with amazing results. They have amazing service and they treated me with gentle and care. I felt so relax the whole time. It was such a fun and calming experience.
I had previously good experiences for haircut but bad experience for Hair coloring. They are taking care of many people at the same time and not paying attention to what you ask for. Then a simple highlighting can turn out into something completely different ... I spend 6 hours in the salon because they tried to fixed it but damage was done and now I have to wait that my hair re-grow

Had a very good haircut experience here as Mr Vince is super friendly and professional in providing the best haircut suggestions for me after listening to my request. I got the birthday hair treatment as well as cut and blow services here. Jack was my stylist and he was incredibly meticulous, gentle, professional and competent. He shared lots of hair tips with me and was very patient when I had questions. I was very pleased with his service and am looking forward to my next session :)

The only plus points are the hair cut. Their hair cut is pretty good. However, hair colour did not turn out to the colour that I wanted. The stylist told me that the colour will be brighter/lighter after a few weeks. But after a few weeks it’s still very dark and lots of my friends and family says not much difference after colouring my hair. Their treatment is quite useless. Opt for the expensive treatment and expected my hair to not be so dry but it ended up dry after a few days. No point doing the treatment. With and without is the same, might as well spend on good shampoo and conditioner.
Got my hair cut by Vince and I absolutely love the service here! He was very friendly and professional, explained everything regarding the hairstyle I want clearly, and even gave tips on styling. Super satisfied with my new haircut! Definitely recommend this place and I'll be coming back again!
