I went for hair colouring this afternoon and it was my first time to Bangsar branch. From the receptionist to the stylist everyone was so good and their customer service was top notch. My hairstylist was Jack. Initially i wanted to touch up my grey hair and highlight my hair as well. Upon checking my hair condition, Jack was so honest and transparent to tell me that it will damage my hair if i do bleaching (one of the steps for highlighting the hair) for my hair condition. I was so impressed that he was not business minded to push customers to do extra treatments but only recommends what is safe and suitable for customer’s hair condition. So opted for grey hair touch up and it was professionally done by Jack’s team. From first step to the final step, everything was superb smooth. I had extra ordinary customer care compared to other hair salons. I will surely come back soon.
I think number76 is a great hair salon to visit. I like the concept of Japanese way too. Each visit is great, from the moment i entered the salon I was greeted, seated and served a drink with complimentary & a mask for me to wear so that it wont dirty up my own mask. Next my hairstylist will come for hair consultation and ensure all good during hair cut/hair dye. During hair wash, I like the services and experience in a way where the assistant would keep you informed what & when they are going to do on my hair in steps. I find this way is good to keep customer informed and freely just sit back, relax and enjoy the hair wash+massage session.Besides, they are using good quality of hair dryer and ensure we are comfortable during the whole service.Last but not least, my hairstylist is great person to have. His name is Jason from Bangsar branch. He is professional yet friendly approach, caring & understand what customer needs.I tried other premium salon place but does not have such good services like number76.Thanks to Jason & team in number76 for your great services and I am happy & satisfied each time visiting your place!
Had one of the best haircut here with Director Jack. Attentive and has good listening ability as he's able to interpret and understand my needs. At the same time, also advices based on his professional opinion. Jack did a fantastic job! In other words...he does magic and delivers the end result beautifully!Humble and welcoming person.I will recommend any girl out there who is looking for a hairstylist, he is the one to look for!
Fantastic!Absolutely blown away by my first appointment with Jack. After being to so many saloons and umpteenth treatments experience. Jack put me at ease straight away, asking relevant questions at the start and offering useful advice throughout the appointment. He has such a lovely, warm personality along with a magnificent talent. The salon surroundings are fabulous with an excellent range of the best hair products. Really satisfied with the excellent service here! Been visiting since 2016 and it has always been my go-to hair salon ever since. Love the fact that it has recently expanded to cater to more patrons. Calvin the Senior Director Stylist is professional, friendly, attentive and has a great sense of aesthetic. Highly recommend him if you'd like to give this salon a try. Tip: You have to make your booking early if you want to secure a slot with him.
Haven't cut my hair for 1 year and a half and went here for a fresh haircut. Loved the outcome!Went to Bangsar branch and hairstylist named Jack really did a very great job and he definitely knows his stuff. This is my first time at Number 76, Bangsar. All the staffs were so nice and soft spoken. And I really liked my hairstylist Jack’s work, the outcome was very nice and I really really like my hairstyle. Would definitely come back here and Jack was soft spoke and understood what I wanted. The most important part is when he helps you with ideas of what hairstyle looks good on us.So this place will definitely be my go to. I used to frequent different hair salons until I met Jason and there's no turning back since. Jason has always been friendly and polite. His skills and services are impeccable and noteworthy. Despite going to him for the past 8 years, it still fees like going in for the first time and feels like a treat every time as he is very professional and attentive; and always have your best interests at heart. If only there is a 10 stars over 5 to rate; Jason definitely deserves this.
Absolutely love the work that Director Jack did on my hair! The level of expertise and care he exercised at every stage of the process was nothing short of amazing. I really appreciated how he really listened to what I wanted and walked me through the steps that would get us to the final result. He truly cared about delivering what I wanted while also advocating for the health of my hair/scalp by suggesting alternatives that suited my vision as well. In the end, I walked out the salon with hair that I really loved and that felt super healthy too! Will definitely be visiting him again and highly recommend Jack as your go-to stylist!
